Parking for this event we WILL NOT be directly at the hostess home. Instead, the Country Club of New Canaan has given us permission to use their upper lot for parking (closest to 123/Smith Ridge Road). We strongly encourage carpooling. There will be NO drop-offs at the home as turning around on Route 123 is a safety issue, please also know there is NO parking on 123 (you will be ticketed).

The address to use in your GPS is 95 Country Club Road, New Canaan. There will be a sign on 123 to help you see the turn clearly. Once you are parked we have a few volunteers who will transport you from the parking lot to our fun event!

Women's Ministry exists to equip, encourage, embrace and engage women from all walks and stages of life to live a journey of faith that transforms them to be more like Jesus.

And it is on this journey that we discover that in every part of our lives, we are solely and desperately dependent on Jesus. Our desire is that women find biblical answers to their life questions, that they find hope in their times of hopelessness and find wisdom in the midst of their challenges through a deep understanding of God's love, mercy and grace.

A Mother’s Heart Stanwich is designed to help equip mothers who have children from birth to 3rd grade for their demanding job by providing encouragement through supportive friendships, and by fostering spiritual growth through prayer, small groups and Bible study.

A Mother's Heart meets at Charis House (208 Taconic Road) on Thursday mornings at 9:30. Coffee is served while moms have a chance to catch-up and share their latest stories, woes, and joys. We spend some time studying a book, topic or teaching and then discuss how we can apply these things to our own spiritual lives as individuals and as mothers. Our time together ends promptly at 11:00am. Childcare is provided in the church nursery.

Through Bible studies, prayer ministry, special events and retreats we provide places for women to discover, refine and use their gifts, passions and talents.  As we become more aligned with life in God’s kingdom here on earth, we find ourselves to be women who are in ministry to one another, the body of Christ, and the world beyond the walls of Stanwich Church.

We invite you to join our community of women where you will experience authentic relationship with other women and with Christ.  As you become part of our community, it is our hope that you will experience the unspeakable joy of being solely and desperately dependent on Jesus.
