Ways to Serve this Season

The mission statement at Stanwich Church is to know Christ and make him known and to serve all people according to Christ’s example. There are several opportunities for us to share the love of Christ with families facing challenges this year. Our hope is you will participate in as many as you feel called.

Bridgeport Rescue Mission’s Great Thanksgiving Project is their largest outreach of the year serving nearly 7,000 families in Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, Ansonia, Waterbury and New Haven.

Sign up is required by BRM to pass out a turkey and a bag of fixings to each family. Children ages 14 and up may sign up with a parent.

This Annual event will be held at Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater, 500 Broad St, Bridgeport, CT.

Living Water Church - Toy Drive

We had a list of 40 children we committed to providing a Christmas gift this year. These children DO NOT receive any gifts during the course of a year.

We made this announcement last Sunday, and by Tuesday of the following week, all names were accounted for to receive a gift! Praise God first and foremost, and thank you for being the hands and feet of Christ this Christmas season.

If you want to learn more about Living Water Church or how you can help in other ways, you can email our World Missions Director, Mauri Clarke, at missions@stanwichchurch.org

The gift list below are general suggestions for gifts. Please remember our list of children do not receive anything all year long.
