1-4 PM l Pivot Ministries | Registration Needed | Rain or Shine

We love Pivot Ministries, a Christ-centered recovery ministry that transforms the lives of men in the greater Bridgeport, CT area. Join us Saturday July 17th as we bless this incredible community by joining them in refreshing their beautiful campus. There will be opportunities to paint, garden, organize basement and attic spaces, and clean up the property. In addition, we believe each person who attends will be blessed by the Holy Spirit’s presence in this amazing ministry as we connect with the men of Pivot.

For those in need of transportation, shuttles will leave from Stanwich at 12:15PM and return at 4:45PM. Otherwise, gated parking will be available one block away from the campus at Faith Revival Center Church (600 Hallett St, Bridgeport).

Please let us know if you will be using the shuttle service prior to the event so we can let Pivot know how many carpool vans to send. Waters and light snacks will be provided!

Poverty and food insecurity are a daily reality for so many in our local community. Join us in meeting this need by providing non-perishable food items in partnership with the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County. On your way to Sunday Service we encourage you to bring any food from this list of non-perishable food items. Then, from 9:00 - 9:55AM we will be collecting food from the congregation as they drive into the church property. We look forward to providing our brothers and sisters in need with food during these trying times.

Please drop off food items by driving up to the admin entrance. There will be helpers there to assist and direct you.

After Morning Service | Stanwich Church | No Registration Needed | Rain or Shine

During the month of July when we celebrate our independence as a nation, we are grateful for our servicemen and servicewomen who make a huge sacrifice to protect our country. One way we can give back to our military is by writing letters of appreciation. We invite you to join us on Sunday July 18th after the 10 AM worship service as we write letters with words of life for those who help protect ours. A table will be set up where people can stop by and write an encouraging letter to the troops. We look forward to seeing you there!

Letters can also be written throughout the week and dropped off at the church by Sunday 7/25. A drop box will be available by the Admin Entrance throughout the week! We will mail all the letters together, so don't worry about envelopes or postage stamps.

Here are some general letter-writing tips: Share a blessing, make it personal, and draw a picture. For detailed info on writing a letter to a military officer CLICK HERE.
