Proclaiming the gospel in word and in works of compassion across the world - and across the street.

As a community, and as individuals, God invites us to be His hands and feet and voice in mission to the world.   Stanwich World Missions offers a way to participate in local, domestic and global ministries in a way that maximizes the impact of your missions giving and hands-on service.

" The church doesn't have a mission. God's mission has a church..."

Upcoming Event

Accepting Donations Now - till April 21. Into the City on April 21.

Some cold cuts... A loaf of bread ... A hoodie....Travel sizes of toiletries (you know, all those little bottles and bars of soap from your last hotel stay)...One hour of your time.  Did you know that these things — as insignificant as they may seem — can make a difference to homeless person?  On April 21, Stanwich Missions is going on a Midnight Run to New York City to minister to the homeless with food, clothing and prayer and you can be part of it.

Here’s how:

* Donate/prepare food & Sort donations

* We need volunteers to donate food & toiletries, prepare bag lunches, and organize
   the donations for distribution.
This is a great opportunity to serve as a family!  Take your kids with you when shopping for supplies,
   or bring them to help sort donations, and show them what “loving your neighbor” looks like.

* Donate clothing and toiletries.

* Needed: new socks and underwear, hoodies, pants and hats, and TRAVEL SIZE toiletries.

You can drop your donations in the clothing bin in Emmaus Hall by 6 pm on April 21. Contact Bob Caie at caiebonn@aol.com or 203-921-5086 with questions or sign up here.
