Appalachia

Join the Student Ministry Saturday July 11 - Saturday July 18 2026 as we embark on an unforgettable adventure full of serving others, building lasting friendships, and deepening our connection with God. Engage in hands-on projects that make a real impact on the lives of the communities in Central Appalachia, while experiencing God in a new way! This trip is open to high school students (including rising freshmen), college students, and adult leaders.

Appalachia Service Project (asphome.org) is a Christian ministry that inspires hope and service through volunteer home repair and replacement in Central Appalachia. Since 1969, ASP has made homes warmer, safe, and drier for families and provided transformational service experiences for volunteers. Each year, more than 15,000 volunteers serve with ASP, providing critical repairs for more than 350 families.

We encourage you all to watch this short video to learn more.

We would love for you to be a part of this! Please prayerfully consider joining us this summer as we travel to Central Appalachia and help make homes warmer, safer, and drier for people in need.

New This Year: College Work Crews! College students now have the opportunity to join this incredible week with their own college-aged work crews. While college students will still be part of the larger Stanwich ASP community and experience center life together, they’ll serve alongside peers their own age during the workday. We’re thrilled to offer this new way for college students to engage meaningfully in this mission.

Cost: $750/student, $350/leader. If you want to join us as an adult leader, please contact Craig and Lauren for the discount code.

Deadline to Register: April 30th
