Kids Coat Drive for Pastor Daouda’s Living Water Church in Harlem and Newark, NJ! We are collecting new and gently used coats for kid’s sizes Small (1y/o) to size XL for young adults. Before the cold winter months hit, please help with this coat collection, which will run through November 15th. Coats can be dropped off in the collection bin in Emmaus Hall.

A great majority of our Missions Partners will be with us during both services and available to meet with us in Emmaus Hall during both Coffee Hours. Their energy, inspiration and gratitude will be on full display, so please join us!

Get ready for a fun-filled day in New York City to see a Broadway Show! After the show, we will have some time to walk around and experience the city. Do you know of any students who are looking to get plugged into our wonderful Christian community? This trip is a great opportunity to invite students who don't yet know Jesus to become a part of our faith-filled community. 

This service honors those who have experienced a loss. Whether it is grief from a divorce, losing a job, or the death of a loved one, loss can be particularly challenging at this time of year. Join us as we recall God's gift of hope that can lead to praise, even in a time of sadness.  This invitation is extended to your family and friends.  Please invite others you know who have experienced a loss this year.

When you hear 'Thanksgiving,' you may immediately think about to-do lists, turkey and mashed potatoes, or family coming to town. We ask you to pause for the evening and come to our Thanksgiving Eve service, where we put all the plans and preparation on hold and focus on all that God has done this year. Kids, it's late, so wear your pajamas and get comfy as we come to God before bedtime in the Sanctuary to thank him for everything in our life. Nursery care will be provided.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year as we remember the true gift from God, his son Jesus was born. Stanwich is preparing for our annual Greening event, starting at 9 AM, to deck the halls and grounds of our beautiful worship space! Whether you are an evergreen expert or just an enthusiastic merry-maker, all are invited to join in and help us fill our Church with prayer, twinkling lights, and holiday spirit! This is an intergenerational event. Bring the whole family! Coffee, hot chocolate, and pastries will be served. 

Stanwich families are invited to gather by the fire for a showing of the movie The Star. Bring something cozy to sit on and we’ll provide the snacks! We hope you can join us for a time of connection, Advent fellowship and intergenerational fun.
